Cultivate Beauty Bar was a dream on paper, that became established in 2023. The name derived from the definition above, wanting to continue to grow and develop as stylists, while creating an amazing atmosphere.
We are a salon full of beauty professionals, who are continually growing to bring the best knowledge and skills to all of our guests.
Our bright and clean environment is full of good vibes, making our guests feel right at home all while receiving luxury services.
The Cultivate team is made up of independent stylists, who strive in their individual specialties, and who are committed to providing our guests with the best experience. Leaving you not only looking good, but feeling good!

Meet Elissa
Hi! I’m Elissa, wife, mom and business owner. I’ve been working behind the chair since 2015 - continuing to learn and grow as a stylist.
I started off my career as a lash technician, and slowly worked my way into being a full time hairstylist. My specialties are brunettes, bridal hair, lived in color, and any and all things hair extensions. I am a national educator for Laced Hair extensions, and am certified in several techniques of hair extensions, being able to give you the hair of your dreams, all while maintaining the integrity and health of your natural hair. If you’ve sat in my chair, you’ve not only become a client, but a friend.
When I’m not working, I’m with my family! I’m a boy mom, so it’s hockey, baseball & four wheeling. When we aren’t busy with sports, you can catch us out by the bonfire, or snuggled up on the couch with a movie.
I never thought I’d be opening my own salon, but here I am, and I’m never looking back. I can’t wait to see you in my chair!

Hi! I’m Melissa! I’ve been behind the chair for 20+ years.
I love giving all of my clients one on one attention!
I strive to make everyone leave my chair feeling fabulous, loving their hair and feeling like family! It’s important to me that my clients leave feeling heard and understood when trying to communicate their wants and needs. I’m also very honest, if I think something will not work or will harm the integrity of the hair , I will speak up. It means a lot to me to build a relationship with everyone that sits in my chair! Your happiness makes me happy!!!
When I’m not working I’m spending time with my family. I’m a Mom to one of the most amazing daughters! Me and my husband enjoy music, camping and just having fun

I am very passionate about hair health and making the integrity of my clients hair the first priority.
Specializing in blondes but enjoy creating fresh brunette looks as well as tape-in extensions, keratin treatments and more. I love trying new techniques and evolving with the trending styles .
As a girl mom , days off days are filled with sports and spending time with my family .

Hi! I’m Kayla! I love doing lived- in balayages & extensions!! I have been behind the chair for 3.5 amazing years. Helping people feel their most confident self is what I live for!
